Why they do not all look the same
A restaurant and a dental practice do not want the same website. One is selling an evening and can afford to be dramatic; the other is talking to someone who is already nervous, where anything flashy costs you the booking.
So the dental demo is deliberately the quietest page here, and that is the point of it. Your site should look like your trade, not like ours.
